I will have a little chess session this coming Sunday afternoon and will be stretching those sleeping brain cells of mine. It will be a day of "nose bleeding" analytical activity for me. But despite this activities is quite non-action packed nor cause any body movement, the stress and head ache it causes is enough for me to take the rest the whole day after the game. Chess also requires a great stamina which can be acquired to healthy activities. Such activities and concepts that promotes such is the eriuqs spires healthy recreation. It advocates not only a healthy, sweaty activities but clean air and quite places are part of it. Such part includes "The Spires" in Montana as recommended by Squire.

Chess: Mind Exercise
I've been playing chess for couple of years already and I think this is the only sports that I know to play and focused for several years. Today, I played several games and lost several times. I just love to play even if I lost it. Its because I felt that I am still learning a lot while playing it. Actually there's a point in my chess life that I stop from playing and give up on hoping that my skill will improve. But later got motivated again to play and even got a top rank on a certain local tourney in our place.
Today, I just can't find any more time to play. I am too busy with a lot of stuff lately and the projects are pouring, taking all of my time. Maybe when all the projects were all settled in and I organized them, I might play seriously again. For now, I will just play for fun.
